Women in Government: Virtual Panel Discussion

Join us for this one-of-a-kind event, in celebration of Women's History Month. For the first time in history, women hold a majority on the Los Angeles City Council—an achievement that marks a new chapter in leadership and inclusivity.

This panel brings together trailblazing women in government to discuss their journeys, the impact of representation, and how they are shaping policies that build a stronger, more equitable Los Angeles.

In celebration of Black History Month 2025 and in collaboration with Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson, we are thrilled to invite you to the ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Story of Us, a photography exhibition by acclaimed Los Angeles photographer Leroy Hamilton. Join us on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 9:30 AM in the Henry P. Rios Bridge Gallery (third floor of City Hall East) for this special unveiling.
