Policy Fellow
Reiley Williams (she/her) is a Policy Fellow at the LA Civil Rights Department and a fourth-year student at the University of California, Los Angeles, pursuing a degree in Public Affairs and International Development Studies. Her academic and professional interests center on civil rights law, equitable public policy, and community-driven approaches to addressing structural inequality.
At UCLA, Reiley focuses her time on advocacy and volunteer work. She is involved in GlobeMed at UCLA and Vituity Cares, supporting efforts to expand access to healthcare and essential resources for underserved communities. She also works with the Daily Bruin, where she contributes to campus reporting and public-facing analysis on issues affecting students and local communities.
In her free time, Reiley enjoys reality TV, yoga, and spending time with her dog. She looks forward to contributing to the LA Civil Rights Department’s efforts to advance accountability, equity, and justice across Los Angeles.
