Lacy Lew Nguyen Wright is a cultural strategist forging meaningful partnerships between entertainment and community leaders to drive social impact. She most recently was on the road with Vice President Kamala Harris's advance team, designing her rallies and public engagements on the 2024 campaign trail.

Prior to this, she served as the Executive Director of Emmy-winner Lena Waithe’s Hillman Grad Foundation, where she led talent development efforts to expand opportunities for creatives from marginalized communities. She has held roles at Creative Artists Agency, Range Media Partners, and William Morris Endeavor, advising entertainment and sports clients on their philanthropic and advocacy strategies. Her other clients have included Kendrick Sampson's BLD PWR, Michael B. Jordan’s ObsidianWorks, and Change’s #ChangeHollywood initiative.

Trained in politics, she's campaigned for Mayor Randall Woodfin of Birmingham, Senator Jon Ossoff, and President Joe Biden. Wright chairs the board of The Objective, a non-profit newsroom focused on uncovering systems of power and inequity in journalism. She also holds board positions with the Asian American Women's Political Initiative, InsideOUT Writers, Fund Her, and the GoFundMe AAPI Community Fund Committee. Lacy was honored by Variety Magazine as one of Hollywood’s New Leaders of 2022 and named a finalist for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s NextGen Woman of the Year.  

A daughter of Vietnamese refugees from Orange County, she is honored to have been appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass to serve on the Los Angeles City Civil and Human Rights Commission.
