Josselyn Rondon (she/her) is a Policy Fellow at the LA Civil Rights Department. She is starting her fourth year at UCLA, where she will be pursuing a double major in Public Affairs and Chicano and Chicana Studies – passionate about meeting the needs of underrepresented communities, she is committed to activism and civil rights law.
At UCLA, Josselyn serves as the Creative Director and President of Forward Magazine, a fashion and arts magazine that provides students with industry networking opportunities, linking the UCLA student body and the LA creative community. Through this, she hopes to create an inclusive, diverse, and safe space for many newcomers or students interested in fashion, which can often be an exclusionary space.
Outside of academics, you’ll find Josselyn watching reality TV, spending time with friends, or staying at home playing video games with her partner and their 3 cats.
