Eden Luna (they/she/elle) is the Founder and CEO of Eden Luna Consulting, LLC. The Firm is an expert in DEI Consulting, as well as Nonprofit Management and Government Social Services. Born out of lived experience in advocacy for migrant and LGBTQ+ communities as well as underground economies, the firm has cemented itself as a resource for Los Angeles County. Eden received a nomination from the Civil Rights Department of the City of Los Angeles for the Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Symposium Awards in 2023 presented by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Eden has spent the majority of their life immersed in the diverse communities of Los Angeles County. Eden graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Pre-Law Degree. Eden is well known for organizing several large-scale job fairs for gender-diversity working with as many as 70 employers and with 400 participants attending. Outside of the professional realm, Eden is passionate about the underground ballroom scene and performance spaces. Their personal goal is to build mutual aid networks through skill-sharing and resource allocation. Eden is the Chair of the Transgender Advisory Council of the City of Los Angeles. Eden serves on the Social Justice Advisory Board of the City of West Hollywood. Eden is Secretary and Treasurer on the Executive Board of Beyond Binary Legal.
