Angelica Solis is an experienced nonprofit executive skilled at strategic planning and partnerships, policy and advocacy, coalition building and communications. She has dedicated her career to improving equity for underserved communities in education, health, economic development and civic engagement throughout Los Angeles.
Angelica has served on the Human Relations Commission, since being appointed in 2016. She served on the Executive Committee from 2017 - 2023. She is a Coro Women in Leadership Alum, the recipient of a Community Advocate Award from the City of Los Angeles, and was named an “Heroe de la Communidad” (Community Hero) by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2013. Angelica received a bachelor degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a master degree from the University of Southern California.
