The City of Los Angeles Civil, Human Rights, and Equity Department (LA Civil Rights Department) is seeking a highly talented individual to serve as a Community Affairs Advocate for LA's LGBTQ+ Community. The LGBTQ+ Liaison position will work with LA's LGBTQ+ individuals and community organizations as well as the city's Transgender Advisory Council.
The LA Civil Rights Department strives to maintain and strengthen Los Angeles’ diversity, equity, and accountability through commission support, community engagement, outreach, and empowerment. The LA Civil Rights Department works toward an equitable environment that levels the playing field and enhances opportunities for diverse communities.
